Instead of copying and filing bound documents, they are digitized with the Zeutschel zeta scanning system. Lever-arch files, ring folders or magazines are simply opened and scanned from above. The integrated Perfect Book software removes distracting elements such as the lever-arch mechanism and automatically rotates the image into portrait style. The electronic copies can be immediately processed – whether saved on USB-stick, sent by e-mail or stored on a network drive. The device is operated intuitively using the attached touchscreen.
