Hejhome is a lifestyle brand using IoT to identify inconveniences from everyday lives and offer solutions. To evolve into a lifestyle brand to serve essentials in customers' everyday lives, Hejhome partnered with us for rebranding. IoT was continuing technological innovations, yet remains distant from consumers for unfamiliar ideas and jargons. BAT established a customer-oriented brand essence, "Greeting Better Life" to renew the technology-oriented brand image and reach out to customers. For the role of the brand, BAT defined Hejhome as "Comforteller," delving into "comfort" and tell stories to help customers experience better lifestyle.
