The Gira symbol system includes symbols for electrical appliances, buildings, rooms, weather conditions and orientation systems. All of the symbols are based on a uniform grid system.The new Gira symbol system characterizes the appearance of all Gira products, ranging from switches to room operating devices. The symbols are easy to recognize, even in small image sizes or when shown on monochrome dot matrix displays.
