“Breuninger SAX” is a multi-functional workspace that blurs the lines between office, conceptual space, and photo studio. During and after the pandemic, the shift from simple workspace to hybrid space has become increasingly relevant. Offices are no longer merely workplaces but environments for people to gather and be part of a community. This circus-themed space is driven by customer and user demand. To meet all of the unique requirements of the place, a conceptual approach was essential. The future office is not only a well-designed space—it needs a strong concept and purpose and should act as a source of inspiration.
