Virtual customer experience

In 2020, Frankenmöbel, a wood furniture retailer, organized an in-house exhibition in response to the pandemic. To reach people staying at home, the company used a hybrid format which re-designed its 800-sqm showroom to offer both a virtual and in-person experience. The concept born of necessity has become a sustainable, forward-looking event that currently replaces the company's annual fair stand. The virtual tour through the showroom is very close to the real thing. Users can follow any circuit through the products, stop to examine details, and move back and forth at their leisure. The digital version also offers of big plus of much more additional information.
