Vodafone Station

Gateway

Vodafone GmbH

The Vodafone Station features a 20 % smaller housing with less parts than its predecessor, which makes it easier to manufacture and to refurbish. A lot of emphasis was placed to create an object that is visually as calm as possible. This can be seen in the invisible 360-degree venting slot that is located between the front and rear housing and the hidden status LEDs. In contrast to all other gateways on the market, the status LEDs only become visible by approaching the product from the top and activating the proximity sensor or if an error occurs that needs the users attention. The rest of the time it hides redundant information and saves power.
