Chair

In 2007, Satoshi Okada created the first titanium lounge chair. Made of multiple parts joined and screwed together, it weighed 15 kg. The Ti16 by Niriano, is the first unibody chair ever to be made entirely from titanium and weighs only 5 kg. Its design aims to be as fundamental as possible – minimalist to the extreme but made to last. The realization of such a design requires the most advanced manufacturing technology and craftsmanship. The highly sophisticated expertise used to build rockets, satellites, and luxurious yachts, was applied to the construction of the Ti16 chair, ensuring a truly exceptional product.
