Talk about an elevator pitch! This online UX ecosystem for elevator manufacturer OSMA is designed, on the one hand, to communicate brand identity and showcase a new product, and on the other to act as an IoT portal for remote diagnostics. Until recently such a holistic approach would have been unthinkable, but in a new age of immersion and “everything apps”, this puts OSMA ahead of the curve.
