The Samsung 970 product family is a series of 19” LCD computer monitors that feature unique folding hinges to flatten the monitor for shipping and storage. The 180-degree screen rotation and triple-hinge four-way adjustable stand can pivot, tilt and swivel for multiple viewing angles. Samsung wanted to create a series of LCD computer monitors that would not only disrupt the status quo, but could fill a high-end hole in their portfolio. These monitors were designed to make a strong visual impression and be able to accommodate an unprecedented number of viewing positions naturally and easily.
