Modern Miner's Cloakroom
Modern interpretation of a historical cloakroom
WILO SEThe “Modern Miner's Cloakroom” is the world's first digitized version of a traditional “Miner's Cloakroom” - the place where miners stayed and changed before they began their work underground. The cloakroom links in a remarkable way both to the regional industrial history of the Ruhr area in Germany and to the history of the Wilo company itself, which manufactured miner's cloakrooms around 100 years ago. It skillfully combines historical elements with modern technologies and materials. This symbiosis of old and new clearly shows that the company is firmly rooted in its history, but is always looking to the future.
