DRFPC is an innovative flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) technology that employs a dry-etching process to form circuits directly on aluminum foil through laser cutting. It utilizes low-shrinkage PET insulation on both sides, avoiding the wastewater pollution typical of traditional FPCB wet processes. With a roll-to-roll production method, DRFPC is both efficient and eco-friendly. This technology supports ultra-long sizes up to 2400mm, making it ideal for applications in solar modules, automotive battery cables, complex multi-curved lighting fixtures, and large-area lighting solutions.
