A trail running pole is an auxiliary device used in outdoor sports such as trekking, trail running, and climbing. Using it reasonably can provide support on rugged terrain, keeping the body balanced; reducing the burden on knees and legs, and therefore reducing injuries. The Internal Cord Dial System on this pole is a brand new tightening mechanism. It overcomes many of the flaws of existing Internal-Cord-System trekking poles, such as proneness to cause minor injury, requiring both hands for operation, and insufficient elastic force of the cord.
