JAL SKY MUSEUM

Museum

JAL SKY MUSEUM is a facility where guests of all ages can visit and experience the JAL brand. 8 years after its opening, the facility had become outdated and faced problems in updating its content. It was completely revamped under the concept of "A Museum Connected to the Sky," which included updating information, multilingualism, and accessibility. The large atrium space can be used for a variety of purposes, including staff training, events, press conferences, etc. It is also increasingly being used for filming TV dramas, etc. It is also a space that plays an important role in raising awareness of JAL and creating various connections.

iF Gold Statement

This experiential museum tells the story of Japan’s flag carrier JAL and offers a unique glimpse into the daily work of aircraft mechanics. A hangar has been completely refurbished to improve accessibility, and the content updated and translated into several languages. A design that reaches for the sky and is a worthy gold winner!
