The Intelligent Cabin System is a platform crafted to elevate the in-flight experience for both passengers and airline staff. Leveraging air-to-ground connectivity, it delivers detailed, interactive information within a smart cabin environment. By analyzing user experience maps to identify pain points in the in-flight journey, we propose intelligent features that enhance interactions between cabin products and passengers. The system includes a Cabin Management System, smart cabin products, and a mobile app that visualizes each stage of the journey.
