The transparent retaining spatula with its integrated light guide offers perfect illumination of the surgical site and prevents damage of tissue from heat generation. Combining disposable and reusable components ensures hygienic safety at low cost by being environmentally friendly. The cylindrical grip allows a pleasant hand position in the most working situations by providing an optimal weight balance especially in the titanium version. Also the mechanical on / off switch is absolute fail-safe.
