Flagship store

HARIO

This is Japanese glass brand HARIO’s first flagship store at Tokyo International Airport. The design aim was to attract international visitors by embodying the brand’s identity and Japanese craftsmanship. The newly developed WHITE SAND WALL features a traditional Japanese plaster technique using white sand, the raw material for HARIO glass. This marble-like wall expresses luxury and creates a unique space suitable for a concept store. It stands out in this conventional Japanese shopping district. The sand for the wall is waste from the glass factory, so the design also contributes to sustainability.
