Modular screen

Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH (GTV)

The FENG modular screen is the result of the Testatonda Group’s desire to combine functionality and sophistication. The design is based on the Japanese concept of “shibumi” (unobtrusive beauty), encapsulated in the balance of the shape, the simplicity of the materials, and the elegance of the details. All these elements together create an object with a soul that is discreet but capable of asserting itself in the space it defines. The lacquered wooden legs rest on distinctive brass feet, and the central canopy unfolds as if inflated by the wind, challenging the linearity of the design.
