FactoryPal aims to improve shop floor operation and performance. We create value from IIOT data by visualizing them to users, applying intelligence to create insights from data and recommend actions. Our users are operators and process engineers. Adoption is a common challenge for technologies like ours in manufacturing space. In a fresh redesign, we focus on driving adoption: 1. Make data significantly easier to understand and utilise. 2. Make tasks effective and easy. 3. Make AI explainable and relevant, such that users engage with it and give feedback for it to improve over time. The redesign is currently under development.
