The DCS-8635LH is a 4Megapixel 2K 1440p WQHD resolution weatherproof network camera that is designed to be easily installed and used in even harsh outdoor environments. Instead of utilizing an ultra-wide-angle or fisheye lens, which may distort images, the DCS-8635LH pairs a wide-angle lens with 270-degree motorized panning to provide a 360-degree field of view. The low-distortion video capture allows it to perform person detection/tracking and vehicle detection on-device instead of in the cloud, thereby eliminating a major privacy concern. The DCS-8635LH also integrates glass-break detection, along with two-way audio and speaker siren.
