Xinhui is known as the bird’s paradise in China. The Xinhui mandarin citrus grown here is very famous. Its peel is a precious ingredient in Chinese medicine, but its bitter taste makes the pulp difficult to sell, and farmers, therefore, discard it. This brandy was born from the idea of putting the pulp to good use. The bottle design incorporates the structure of citrus pulp. The top of the cap is a delicately shaped mandarin tree with fruit and birds, a nod to the home of this particular type of citrus.
