Bauerfeind’s Loc® product family stands for stabilizing orthoses whose effect is both, supporting and relieving as well as stabilizing. Supportive metal or plastic bars are embedded in modern, breathable materials. This, combined with a shape which has been adapted to the human anatomy, makes them extremely comfortable. Examples: ManuLoc® reliably supports the wrist, ensuring that the gripping action – and hence the independence of the patient – is retained. SacroLoc® stabilizes the joints of the sacral bone and pelvis with an inelastic knit, while the soft nubs of the two-part pad gently massage the painful areas.
