aespa - The 1st Mini Album 'Savage'

Music album cover

SM ENTERTAINMENT

K-pop girl group aespa's 1st mini-album "Savage" contains aespa's worldview, telling a story of aespa in the real world meeting their avatar counterparts, æ-aespa, created by the band members' digital data (i.e. social media) in a virtual space called KWANGYA. "Savage" tells the story of aespa entering into KWANGYA. The album's key image is the transporting portal that aespa uses to enter into KWANGYA where they fall into Black Mamba's HALLUCINATION QUEST. To illustrate the HALLUCINATION QUEST, a motif was taken from a snake's traits mixed with 3D artwork. The designers used UX design to create a 360° AR experience for users.
