This armchair utilizes mortise-and-tenon joints, with the curvature of the armrests and backrest carefully calculated to fit the human form comfortably. Made from sustainably sourced local acacia wood, certified by Taiwan’s forestry traceability system, it offers excellent quality and density while minimizing impact on primary rainforests. The rattan seat enhances comfort and adds a warm aesthetic, providing breathability and resilience, while preserving the traditional rattan craft that flourished in Taiwan during the 1950s.
